ARTHUR SAMUEL HUMPHREY
ATTORNEY

Born and raised in Vacaville, California, and a fifth generation native of the Yolo-Solano County area, Arthur Samuel Humphrey has deep ties to his community and hometown.

After graduating from Vacaville High School, Arthur attended California State University, Sacramento, where he earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees; one in Psychology and the other in Philosophy, with a double concentration in Logic and the Philosophy of Science and Applied Ethics and Law.

His studies at CSUS complete, Arthur departed his long-time job with Vacaville Sanitary Service to find gainful employment as the Senior Loan Processor for the Sacramento branch of KMG Real Estate Finance and Investment Company, Inc. In this role, Arthur soon mastered the complexities of real estate finance and developed an appreciation for honest and reliable customer service.

Having faithfully served KMG for three years and in pursuit of his desire to practice law, Arthur then moved to Bloomington, Indiana, to attend Indiana University's Maurer School of Law. There, he earned an A*, the highest grade granted to one student per class at the university, in both Banking Law and a Seminar in Law and Psychology of Crime, Culpability, and Punishment. Arthur earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from IU in 2010, shortly before returning to his hometown of Vacaville to serve his community.

Since opening his own law practice in 2011, Arthur has represented clients in the greater Yolo and Solano County areas regarding business, commercial, tax, and real estate matters.

In June 2013, Arthur married his then-girlfriend of eleven years, Sarah. They now have a three-year-old son, Samuel, and one-year old daughter, Sophia, who can be found toddling around the office and interacting with clients between nap-times.
